Fintier Advisory provides pay-per-call lead generation services, connecting businesses with qualified prospects through live phone call transfers. Our services include:

• Lead generation and qualification
• Real-time call transfers to your sales team
• Call recording and quality assurance
• Performance analytics and reporting
• Dedicated account management

2. Partner Eligibility

To become a partner, you must:

• Be a legally established business entity
• Hold all necessary licenses for your industry
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Maintain adequate staffing to handle call volume
• Provide accurate business and billing information

3. Call Quality Standards

We are committed to delivering high-quality, qualified calls. Each call transferred meets the following criteria:

• Geographic location verification
• Demographic qualification confirmation
• Active interest and intent validation
• TCPA-compliant consent documentation

If a call does not meet agreed-upon qualification standards, you may request a credit within 48 hours of the call by flagging it in your dashboard with supporting documentation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the billing schedule agreed upon in your partnership agreement. Key payment terms include:

• You are charged only for qualified calls meeting your criteria
• Prepaid accounts must maintain a minimum balance
• Invoiced accounts have Net-15 payment terms unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our quality guarantee

5. Call Recording Consent

All calls transferred through our platform are recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to this recording. You are responsible for notifying callers of the recording as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

6. TCPA Compliance

Fintier Advisory maintains strict TCPA compliance in all lead generation activities. We document express written consent from all prospects before transferring calls. Partners agree to handle all calls in compliance with TCPA, TSR, and all applicable telemarketing regulations.

7. Exclusivity

All calls delivered through our platform are 100% exclusive to your business. We do not share, resell, or redistribute leads to competing businesses. Each prospect speaks only with your team.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fintier Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all services rendered. Any prepaid balance will be refunded within 30 days, less any outstanding charges.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
