1. Description of Services

Fintier Advisory provides motivated seller lead generation services for real estate investors, connecting investors with verified property owners who have expressed interest in selling. Our services include:

• Motivated seller lead generation and verification
• Property and seller information documentation
• Real-time lead delivery via email and SMS
• Lead quality assurance and replacement guarantee
• Dedicated account management

2. Partner Eligibility

To become a partner, you must:

• Be an active real estate investor, wholesaler, or investment company
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Have the capacity to follow up with leads promptly
• Provide accurate business and billing information

3. Lead Quality Standards

We are committed to delivering high-quality, verified motivated seller leads. Each lead meets the following criteria:

• Property ownership verification
• Seller motivation confirmed via form submission
• Property details and seller notes documented
• Seller timeline and price expectations discussed

If a lead does not meet agreed-upon qualification standards, you may request a replacement within 7 days of lead delivery by flagging it in your account with supporting documentation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the billing schedule agreed upon in your partnership agreement. Key payment terms include:

• You are charged only for qualified leads meeting your criteria
• Lead packs are prepaid and must be purchased before leads are delivered
• Lead credits do not expire
• All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our lead replacement guarantee

5. Lead Replacement Policy

We offer lead replacements for leads that do not meet our quality standards. A lead qualifies for replacement if: the phone number is disconnected or wrong, the contact name is fictitious, or the lead is a duplicate of one you have already received. Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of lead delivery.

6. Lead Distribution

Each lead is shared with a maximum of 3 investors in different markets. This ensures you receive quality leads at an accessible price point while maintaining reasonable competition. We do not sell the same lead to investors operating in identical markets.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fintier Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all services rendered. Any prepaid balance will be refunded within 30 days, less any outstanding charges.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
